What countries does Oman border?

Oman, located on the southeastern edge of the Arabian Peninsula, shares borders with three countries. The total length of Oman’s border is approximately 1,307 kilometres. To the west, Oman shares a border with the United Arab Emirates (410 km). To the southwest, it borders Saudi Arabia (658 km), and to the north, Oman shares a border with Yemen (288 km). Oman’s strategic location on the Arabian Sea and the Gulf of Oman has played a key role in its maritime trade and geopolitical importance.
