What countries does Honduras border?

Honduras, located in Central America, shares borders with four countries. The total length of Honduras’ border is approximately 1,781 kilometres. To the west, Honduras borders Guatemala (256 km), to the northwest, it shares a border with El Salvador (342 km). To the east, it borders Nicaragua (1,011 km), and to the north, Honduras has a coastline along the Caribbean Sea.
