Where is Angel Falls located?

Angel Falls is located in Canaima National Park in Venezuela. It is the tallest uninterrupted waterfall in the world, with a height of 979 metres (3,212 feet) and a continuous drop of 807 metres (2,648 feet). The waterfall flows from the Auyán-Tepui plateau, a table-top mountain known as a tepui. Angel Falls is named after Jimmie Angel, a pilot who brought international attention to it in 1933. The remote location and dramatic scenery make it one of Venezuela’s most iconic natural landmarks.
