Why do clouds form?
- ๐๏ธ 4
Clouds form when warm, moist air rises and cools, causing water vapour to condense into tiny droplets or ice crystals. As the air cools, the water vapour reaches its dew point, the temperature at which it can no longer remain in gas form. These condensed droplets gather around dust or pollen particles, forming visible clouds. Different types of clouds form at different altitudes, and their appearance depends on factors such as humidity, air pressure, and temperature. Clouds play an essential role in the Earthโs weather systems and water cycle.
