How do vipers live?
- ๐๏ธ 7
Vipera are venomous snakes found across Europe, Asia, and parts of North Africa. They are carnivorous, preying on small mammals, birds, amphibians, and reptiles. Viperas are ambush predators, using their camouflage to blend into their surroundings while waiting for prey to approach. They are most active at dawn and dusk, and their venom helps immobilize their prey before they swallow it whole. Vipers are solitary creatures, coming together only during the mating season. They reproduce by laying eggs in sheltered areas, and the eggs hatch after about 6-10 weeks, with young snakes emerging fully formed and independent.
