How do wrens live?

  • ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ 8

Wrens are small, insectivorous birds found in a variety of habitats, including woodlands, scrublands, and gardens. They feed on insects, spiders, and other small invertebrates, often foraging by hopping through dense underbrush. Wrens are highly territorial during the breeding season, with males singing from high perches to attract mates and defend their territory. They build their nests in sheltered locations, such as tree branches, shrubbery, or man-made structures. The female lays 4-6 eggs, which both parents incubate. Once hatched, the chicks are fed a diet of insects until they fledge. Wrens may produce multiple broods in a single year.
