How do cardinals live?

  • ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ 27

Cardinals are small, brightly colored songbirds found in North and South America. They are omnivores, feeding on seeds, fruits, and insects. Cardinals are highly territorial during breeding season, with males defending their territory through loud songs and displays. They build nests in shrubs and trees, where females lay 2-5 eggs. Both parents help care for the young, feeding them seeds, insects, and other food sources until they are capable of flying. Cardinals are often seen in forests, gardens, and parks, where they enjoy a varied diet and social interactions with other birds.
