How do weasels live?

  • ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ 7

Weasels are small carnivorous mammals found in North America, Europe, and parts of Asia. They are highly active predators, hunting small mammals, birds, and eggs, and are known for their speed and agility. Weasels are solitary and territorial, often hiding in burrows or dense vegetation when not hunting. They have sharp teeth and claws for catching and killing their prey, and they have a high metabolism, requiring frequent meals. Weasels reproduce once a year, with females giving birth to litters of 4-7 kits after a gestation period of about 30 days. The kits are born blind and helpless but grow quickly, becoming independent within a few weeks.
