How do bush babies live?
- ๐๏ธ 10
Bush babies, also known as galagos, are small nocturnal primates found in the forests and woodlands of sub-Saharan Africa. They are primarily insectivores, feeding on insects, fruits, and nectar. Bush babies are arboreal and are excellent climbers, using their long, strong fingers to grasp branches and leap between trees. They are highly social animals, living in small family groups that communicate with each other through vocalizations and body movements. Bush babies are solitary when it comes to sleeping and build nests in trees where they rest during the day. They reproduce once a year, with females giving birth to a single offspring, which is carried by the mother until it becomes independent.
